    • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

    • For eligible cancellations, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total will apply. This fee is to cover processing, administrative, and restocking costs.

    • Our customer support team will review your request and process the cancellation if eligible.
    • Refunds, after deducting the applicable cancellation fee, will be issued to the original payment method.
  4. Orders in Process or Shipped:

    • Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    • If you wish to return items from a processed or shipped order, please refer to our Return Policy.
  5. Refunds:

    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method.
    • The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
